Better Posters is an unofficial Jellyfin plugin that lets you replace standard movie and show posters with customizable posters from btttr.cc.

The plugin works as a Jellyfin image provider and can fetch posters with optional details like ratings, genres, age ratings, trending labels, quality badges, and language preferences. Posters can be selected manually from Jellyfin’s image editor, refreshed through metadata updates, or replaced automatically using the included scheduled task.

Better Posters is made for users who want cleaner, more informative, and more consistent media posters without having to manage custom artwork by hand.

Install from the Plugin Repository

1. Open Dashboard -> Plugins -> Repositories in Jellyfin.

2. Add this repository URL:

   https://code.neureka.dev/jellyfin/better-posters/raw/branch/master/manifest.json
   

3. Open Dashboard -> Plugins -> Catalog.

4. Select Better Posters and install the latest compatible version.

5. Restart Jellyfin.

6. Confirm Better Posters appears under Dashboard -> Plugins -> My Plugins.
